How to verify your email address

For security reasons we will need to verify that the email address you give us actually belongs to you.

To do this when you first sign up for an account, or when you change your email address, we will send you an email with a secure link in it.

If you need to verify your address then you’ll see a warning banner on the site that looks like this:

If you haven’t already received an email asking you to verify your address then you can click the “Resend Email” button to have us send a new email.

Make sure the email address on your account is your actual email address, check for any spelling mistakes, just in case. If it isn’t correct then you can change your email address from the account settings page.

If you still haven’t received the email then check your junk/spam folder.

The email should look something like this:

Simply click the “Verify my Email” button and your browser should open, you’ll see a “verifying your email address” message for a short while and then you’ll be redirected to your account.

And that’s it, you’re all done!
